Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange to collect the item from you and provide you with the necessary instructions. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
