These Terms of Service govern your use of the KOUB website and any purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Throughout these Terms, “KOUB”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to KOUB, Kingdom of Bahrain.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, product unavailability, or misuse of the website.

2. PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, designs, specifications, and photographs as accurately as possible.

However, the appearance of colors may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Some products may be available in limited quantities, as pre-orders, limited editions, bundles, or promotional sets.

3. PRODUCT CARE

Customers are responsible for following any product care instructions provided with the product or displayed on our website.

Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, improper cleaning, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions may not be considered a manufacturing defect.

4. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) unless otherwise stated.

Any approximate prices displayed in another currency are provided for convenience only. The final amount charged will be based on the currency and amount shown during checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed.

If a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or administrative error, we reserve the right to contact the customer and correct or cancel the affected order where permitted by applicable law.

5. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, delivery or pickup information, and any other information required to complete the order.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

An order is considered accepted once it has been successfully confirmed by KOUB.

We reserve the right to limit, reject, or cancel orders where there is a reasonable issue with availability, payment, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or a technical error.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we are unable to fulfill, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

6. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is valid and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

For orders using Cash on Delivery or another manual payment method, payment must be completed according to the instructions provided with the order.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping charges and available delivery methods are displayed during the shopping or checkout process where applicable.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, customs processing, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside KOUB’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address and a valid mobile number.

KOUB is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other government fees imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

8. LOCAL PICKUP

Where local pickup is available, customers must follow the pickup instructions provided after placing the order.

Customers should not arrive for collection until the order has been confirmed as ready for pickup.

Orders must be collected within a reasonable period after notification unless otherwise agreed with KOUB.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, refunds, defective products, and damaged orders are handled according to our published Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that a customer is entitled to under applicable law.

Customers should retain their order confirmation, invoice, or other proof of purchase when requesting assistance with a return, exchange, or defective product.

10. PRE-ORDERS

Products marked as “Pre-order” are not immediately available for delivery.

Any estimated availability or delivery date provided for a pre-order is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where there is a material delay, KOUB may contact the customer with an updated estimate or available options.

11. PROMOTIONS AND BUNDLES

Promotional offers, discount codes, bundle prices, and limited-time offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.

Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

KOUB may change or end a promotion at any time, but this will not affect qualifying orders already successfully placed under the promotion.

12. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We aim to keep information on our website accurate and up to date.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, incorrect pricing, inaccurate product descriptions, availability errors, or other mistakes.
